Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of digital marketing, from social media and content to campaign reporting and market research, all with guidance from senior staff.

What you will do

• Help manage and update the company social media profiles and presence. Assist with scheduling posts, analysing engagement data, and responding to comments to increase engagement
• Assist in the setup, monitoring, and reporting of marketing campaigns. Learn to use digital marketing tools and platforms effectively
• Support the creation of content for various digital platforms. Work on a range of materials including short-form videos, advertising visuals, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional emails, under the guidance of senior staff
• Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities. Compile data to help shape future marketing strategies
• Perform administrative duties as needed to support marketing efforts. This may include data entry, meeting arrangement, and preparation of presentation materials
• Any other related tasks as assigned by your supervisor

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is preferred
• An analytical, performance driven, and organised individual
• Detail oriented with good time management skills to complete tasks and projects
• Possesses a strong sense of responsibility
• Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly absorb and apply new information
